This week week sees the 148th Open Golf Championships taking place at Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland on the stunning Dunluce Links course. The Open is one of four major championships in professional golf and the oldest one of all. Taking place 14th-21st July, it features all the world’s best golfers including Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods as they fight it out for a share of the $10m+ prize money.
Event Hire have been providing a wide range of furniture for this event, not only for front of house hospitality but also for behind the scenes tournament offices, for instance. The furniture requirements includes various office furniture lines including white desks and pedestal drawers, sofas, outdoor furniture including hardwood and Nova ranges and a multitude of other equipment to contribute to the smooth running of the event.
