This weekend saw the Event Hire UK team supply and set up – then dismantle – almost 1,500 cushioned chairs for a large dance event at an arena in the Midlands.
With a stage at one end, 5 main blocks of chairs and a black and white checked dance floor in the middle, measurements and layout had to be well planned, and worked to in detail. Our experienced team set up the chairs to this plan, helping our client to then concentrate on other areas of the event – all part of the service!
