The start of every year is award season, with the recent BAFTA and Oscar nominations being announced.
Today it is the turn of the BRIT awards, with the nominations being announced this morning. Big congratulations to all those artists who have been nominated, with special mentions to Sam Smith with 5, Ed Sheeran with 4 and George Ezra also with 4 nominations.
The BRIT awards will take place on 25th February 2015 at the O2 Arena in London and is televised on ITV.
