    Delivery & Collection Service from Event Hire UK

    When you decide to hire event equipment from us, you can choose one of the following options -


    Collect in person
    We are always happy to welcome clients - established and new - to our depots where we will gladly give you a helping hand to load your vehicle with the event equipment you have hired.  Simply let us know in advance when you are planning to collect and we will ensure it is ready for you.  Bear in mind, of course, that the size of the equipment you hire will determine what vehicle you will need to transport it.  Should you decide to collect in person from one of our depots, then this is of course free of charge.

    Event Hire UK deliver to your location
    As a nationwide event hire company, we offer a very competitively priced delivery and collection service.  This is carried out by our fleet of trucks and professional delivery team who will provide you with an accurate and reliable service. 

    Our standard delivery and collection hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  If you want to specify a particular delivery time slot, then there will be additional charge for this - contact us to discuss your requirements.

    Rates for delivery and collection are quoted at the point of placing your order.  Obviously, the closer your location to one of our depots, the cheaper your transport charge is likely to be, and vice versa.

Most events will need to hire tables and our 3ft round tables will most likely fit the bill for you.  Consider how many people will be at your event, the available space and, therefore, the number of tables for hire that you will need.  Generally, 3ft round banqueting tables will comfortably seat up to 4 people. Choose the number of hire round tables you will need and the period of time you need to hire tables for.  Then you have the optional extra of being able to hire tablecloths of the correct size to fit the tables.  For 3ft round tables, 90" round tablecloths will hang all the way to the floor. Q: What sort of events are these tables suited to?
A: Almost any venue or event can benefit from small round dining tables, especially in locations where space is a little tight.  These tables with folding legs seat up to 4 people and so might be ideal for your temporary café or other event.

Q: Will you deliver these hire tables to my venue?
A: We do offer a transport service to and from your venue.  There is an additional cost associated with this which is dependent upon the location of your venue compared to our distribution centre locations.  You can get an idea of transport costs on our website.
