After use, items such as tableware, catering equipment and others need to be returned to us in the same clean condition that they arrived with you. We realise, however, that sometimes there are no washing up facilities on site, or you simply want to save yourself a job! If this is the case, then we can take care of your washing up for you.
If you want to use this service, simply select the on-page return dirty service option. The cost of this service is currently 20% of the value of the hire equipment to be washed. Should you return the items in an unwashed condition but didn’t select the return dirty service upon order, then you will still be charged the 20% fee. For non-trade account customers, this will be deducted from your refundable deposit.
