    When you decide to hire event equipment from us, you can choose one of the following options -


    Collect in person
    We are always happy to welcome clients - established and new - to our depots where we will gladly give you a helping hand to load your vehicle with the event equipment you have hired.  Simply let us know in advance when you are planning to collect and we will ensure it is ready for you.  Bear in mind, of course, that the size of the equipment you hire will determine what vehicle you will need to transport it.  Should you decide to collect in person from one of our depots, then this is of course free of charge.

    Event Hire UK deliver to your location
    As a nationwide event hire company, we offer a very competitively priced delivery and collection service.  This is carried out by our fleet of trucks and professional delivery team who will provide you with an accurate and reliable service. 

    Our standard delivery and collection hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  If you want to specify a particular delivery time slot, then there will be additional charge for this - contact us to discuss your requirements.

    Rates for delivery and collection are quoted at the point of placing your order.  Obviously, the closer your location to one of our depots, the cheaper your transport charge is likely to be, and vice versa.

Q: What types of chairs go with these trestle tables?
A: It very much depends upon the type of event that you are holding.  However, we’d suggest either Chiavari chairs, Napoleon chairs or our charcoal banqueting chairs might be a good option.

Q: Are these hire tables easily moved around a venue?
A: These 6ft trestle tables are stackable and also have metal folding legs and so can be moved around a venue, of course using appropriate lifting techniques for the relevant weight.

Q: I need a large quantity of these tables - will you deliver, set up, dismantle and collect?
A: We do offer a very competitive transport service.  Stand terms are that we will drop off the tables at a single point location and collection from the same single point location.  If you do need the tables to be set up and dismantled then this is a service that we can usually offer although there is likely to be an additional charge on top of the price of the hire of the tables, as this will involve additional personnel and time.
