Our double turbofan convection oven & stand is superb for mobile kitchen cooking, providing huge versatility and capacity for professional cooking in a pressure environment. This unit contains two turbofan ovens with 4 racks that will accept 1/1 gastronorms. Two x 3kw power supplies are required for operation, and the stand is on castors for ease of moving around your venue. A great solution for temporary kitchen cooking.
