It’s that time of year when the Event Hire UK staff are flat out providing deliveries and collections to clients, large and small for party nights across the country. Our fleet of trucks have been operational through both days and nights to ensure that customers’ orders are reliably delivered on time up and down the UK.
Many of our staff from our Midlands depot last night were on-site with at one of our major clients’ events providing a back of house service for the mass catering which was part of their series of Christmas party nights. Our staff provided an excellent and efficient addition to the seamless front of house, working in tandem together to get the job done. This was part of our ‘return-dirty‘ service for large scale events.
Almost 1,000 guests enjoyed themselves in the arena, with Event Hire UK providing almost everything, from gold Napoleon chairs and seat pads rental, round banqueting tables for hire and everything for the table settings including cutlery rental, glasses to hire, table number holders and ice buckets for hire right through to 4 LED bars and refrigeration units for hire to keep the essential beers and wines chilled.
Behind the scenes, the chefs were all busy preparing the food and storing food using hotcupboards for hire from Event Hire UK, jackstacks, serveries for hire and much more event hire equipment.
Overall, it was a huge success, with two more even bigger parties to come this weekend.
