Saturday night saw some of the Event Hire team at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, helping with the final Christmas party night for around 1,700 guests.
With its “Alpine Nights” theme, our white chairs with blue seat pads really did look fantastic and Event Hire also provided Kings style cutlery, glassware, Lubiana crockery, table number stands, clear acrylic wine buckets and many other items to create stunning event tables.
The guests were entertained by fire and ice dancers, stunt performers and a fantastic rhythm and blues band, and a DJ into the early hours. Needless to say, it seemed that everyone had a great time.
Part of our service also included a back of house team to ensure that the waiting staff were able to carry out a quick and efficient service for the guests.
