I ordered a 5 cu ft fridge from Event for a family BBQ and I could not get it to work. I phoned the Event hire office to ask for help, who transferred me to the engineer, who directed me over the phone how to get the fridge to work. This was extremely helpful as I could fix the problem myself without any hassle, although the issue was that I hadn’t actually switched it on 🙂 Nevertheless the staff were extremely helpful and supportive, could not have asked for better service
