    Delivery & Collection Service from Event Hire UK

    When you decide to hire event equipment from us, you can choose one of the following options -


    Collect in person
    We are always happy to welcome clients - established and new - to our depots where we will gladly give you a helping hand to load your vehicle with the event equipment you have hired.  Simply let us know in advance when you are planning to collect and we will ensure it is ready for you.  Bear in mind, of course, that the size of the equipment you hire will determine what vehicle you will need to transport it.  Should you decide to collect in person from one of our depots, then this is of course free of charge.

    Event Hire UK deliver to your location
    As a nationwide event hire company, we offer a very competitively priced delivery and collection service.  This is carried out by our fleet of trucks and professional delivery team who will provide you with an accurate and reliable service. 

    Our standard delivery and collection hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  If you want to specify a particular delivery time slot, then there will be additional charge for this - contact us to discuss your requirements.

    Rates for delivery and collection are quoted at the point of placing your order.  Obviously, the closer your location to one of our depots, the cheaper your transport charge is likely to be, and vice versa.

Q: Do you have lots of these trestle tables in stock?
A: We have hundreds of 4ft rectangular trestle tables in stock, yes, so can cater for most events.  In total, we have thousands of trestle tables of all different sizes in stock across our nationwide sales and distribution centres.

Q: Are these tables easy to move around?
A: These 4ft tables for hire make a perfect temporary event furniture product as they have metal folding legs, durable plywood tops and are stackable.  The folding legs have hinges which are snapped in and out of position easily, and so tables can be both erected and dismantled in a short period of time.

Q: Do you offer a set up service for these tables?
A: We're happy to talk about a supply and set up service for your event as long as this is done well in advance.  Having our team setting up your tables to a pre-arranged plan may well save you a lot of time and effort.  Do bear in mind that it is likely that an additional charge will be incurred, on top of the price of the table hire.

Q: Do you deliver tables direct to my venue?
A: Yes - we offer a highly competitive transport service to drop off the tables at your event the day before your event and collect the tables from your venue the day after.  Again, this is likely to incur an additional charge on top of the price of the hire of your table hire items, and is likely to be more expensive the further away you are from one of our distribution centres.
