This is done through having a robust quality control procedure which is followed across our sales and distribution centres by everyone involved in the company.

We have systems in place to ensure that the event equipment hire products we dispatch from our distribution centres to our valued clients are the best they can possibly be.

1. Our chairs are regularly maintained, refurbished and resprayed in our own in-house facility.

2. All our LPG and electrical appliances are fully gas and PAT tested by trained professionals prior to dispatch.

3. Our cutlery, glassware and china hire products are washed using professional state-of-the-art industrial washing machines using water softeners for a perfect finish.

4. The relevant personnel undergo relevant professional development training according to their area of responsibility within the organisation.

5. All equipment is quality checked and counted for accuracy prior to dispatch.

6.  All our cutlery is hygienically packed and reliably counted prior to dispatch.

In short, we aim to get it right first time...every time.

And, on the rare occasion that there is a complaint (we are human, after all), we handle these with efficiency and professionalism.
