Q: Does this water cooler & dispenser need to be plugged in?

A: Yes, into a standard 240v electrical socket. This will enable the water to be chilled down to a nice drinking temperature.

Q: Does it come with spring water?

A: The hire price you see is for the unit itself. You can buy bottles of spring water as optional extras.

Q: And what about cups?

A: The same – there is an optional extra where you can order paper cone cups.
