I hired the ivory seat pads to combine with my black chiavari chairs from Event Hire and I was very impressed with the stock of the company! Although I had to stick to the colour scheme I had been given by my company, I was amazed by the choice of chairs and seat pad options! 🙂

Our seat pad hire options fit the relevant chairs in our range. If you are looking to hire pads by themselves, please contact us to discuss if these are appropriate to fit to your chairs, as they are attached to banqueting chairs using Velcro, so we would need to ascertain if the Velcro on your chairs is in the correct, matching position. Our pad is available in a number of different colours and finishes, so simply choose the best one to suit your requirements.
Our range of chair pads provides something for everyone. They offer the flexibility to be able to match up your chairs with your linen and the rest of the colour scheme at your event. When you select certain ranges of our banqueting chairs (not all), such a Chiavari chairs, Napoleon chairs, Metro chairs and others, you will be asked to choose your colour before proceeding. For most of our seat pad options, the price is included in the price of the chair, though some chair pad colours do command a small additional fee on top of the price of the chair.
Seat pads are attached to the chairs with Velcro and so are interchangeable. If you are looking to hire seat pads without the chairs, then you are able to do this – however, we can’t guarantee that the pads will fit your chairs either in terms of the shape of the pad nor the Velcro attachments on the bottom of the pads. If you need clarification or assistance on this, please call our sales team who will be able to advise you.
Choose from our available range which includes ivory, burgundy, green, gold, blue, grey, white leather and black and choose the best seat cushion colour for you and your occasion. When you hire chairs with us, you are given the option of seat pad rental as part of the price. It might be, however, that you have some chairs for which you just need to hire pads – if this is the case, then you are in the right place.
