This induction hob has adjustable temperature between 60 – 240 degrees, and has an auto-pan detection cut out with touchpad controls, providing you with an exceptional piece of catering equipment hire that will prove invaluable in your temporary kitchen. There is no wasted heat with induction hobs, being as the hob has a copper coil magnet below the glass top which, when you turn on the hob, you let electricity pass through the copper coil, creating magnetic energy.
If you then place an iron based pan above the coil, the magnetic energy then passes through to the base of the pan, inducing a current which causes the pan to heat up. Also, as a result of the fact that it is the pan that heats up, induction hobs are safer to touch than gas hobs, although it will still get warm being as it is in contact with the base of the pan. A great addition to your kitchen cooking equipment hire list.
