Condition 3: Should it not be possible to remove dirt and/or stains from the linen when washed, you will be liable for the item replacement fee.

A: No, send it back to us dirty, and we’ll clean it. However, bear in mind that if you send it back with stains that won’t come out with industrial cleaning, you will be liable for a replacement charge.
