The importance of photos should never be underestimated. Someone once said “a picture paints a thousand words”, and it is certainly true. In today’s society where we all seem to be time-poor, we would all prefer to look at a picture of a product rather than read a 300 word description.
This is especially true of the internet which is a truly visual medium. This year, as a society, we will upload around 900 billion photos to the internet, and there will be several billion more on our smartphones waiting to be uploaded!
Here at Event Hire UK, we don’t upload photos for the sake ot it, but we do upload photos to help our clients see what our hire equipment such as chairs, tables, mobile bars and other furniture hire products look like in-situ. It’s always easier to look at a photo.
