The recent Coronation Concert certainly had the WOW factor, once again demonstrating how the UK live events industry is the best in the world. There’s also been a lot of praise on social media for the teams behind this amazing event, from what you could see live and on TV including the stage, lighting and sound production, the drone display and so on, through to the contractors behind the scenes including catering, make-up and costumes, furniture and more. Certainly, here at Event Hire UK, we’re delighted to have been involved in this historic occasion.
The concert brought together stars from the music world, including Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, Olly Murs, Nicole Sherzinger and Take That, who closed the show with their ‘Never Forget’ classic.
Event Hire UK also furnished the BBC Radio 2 tipi with comfortable velour lounge furniture, so that host Dermot O’Leary could interview the stars for the Radio 2 broadcast. Pictured here are the guys from Take That, enjoying a relaxing moment behind the scenes.
