Ever wondered what 50,000 wine glasses look like? Well, you can now see for yourself – these are 50,000 ISO wine tasting glasses which are being used next week at the 2016 London International Wine Fair.
ISO is the International Organisation for Standardisation, and – different in shape to ‘normal’ wine glasses – is the type of glass used by professional wine tasters, buyers and the professional industry at large.
Next week will see the Event Hire UK team supply and set up these 50,000 wine glasses on site, along with stainless steel floorstanding spittoons, table top spittoons, glasswashers and a multitude of other wine tasting event equipment hire products, providing an invaluable behind-the-scenes-operation for the organisers of the event.
Let’s hope that this year is even more successful than previous years for everyone concerned at what always proves to be a stunning event in the calendar.
