So, you can take advantage of this service from us or you might decide to collect in person to ‘save the transport fee’.
However, are you really saving?
Once you have factored in the time it is going to take you to travel to the depot, and the fuel cost in doing so, and the fact that you might not be able to fit everything into your car (so you might have to hire a van), especially if you are hiring tables and chairs, for example….the list goes on. And the above scenairo is only for collection….you still need to return your event hire equipment after your event.
So, have a think carefully about what is involved and what you will need to transport. Bear in mind that successful events take careful planning…and careful planning needs time….something that is a rare commodity in the lead up to a big event.
