In addition, at the annual Event Production Awards, Event Hire was shortlisted for the Best Event Furniture Supplier of the Year Award in 2012 and 2013.

In 2017, Event Hire UK was awarded the prestigious SafeHire accreditation by the EHA (Event Hire Association).  The SafeHire Private Standard was developed with the assistance of HSE (Health & Safety Executive), BSi (British Standards Institution) and CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme).  The certification process checks conformity with industry standards in various elements such as corporate social responsibility, health, safety & welfare, occupational health, environment and sustainability, document control and data protection, and other key factors.  This accreditation continues today.
