Today we’re delighted to announce that Event Hire has been awarded SafeHire status by the Event Hire Association (EHA). The SafeHire Private Standard has been developed with the assistance of HSE (Health & Safety Executive), BSi (British Standards Institution) and CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme), with the mantra of “Making excellence a habit”.
The SafeHire certification process checks conformity with industry standards in various elements of our business such as;

– Occupational Health
– Environment and Sustainability
– Quality Business Risk, Insurance and Financial Control
– Document Control and Data Protection
– HR and Employment Law compliance
SafeHire certification is growing in importance all the time, with a number of leading hire companies already reporting that national clients, such as Network Rail, Balfour Beatty and Barratt Homes, are beginning to instruct that their hire partners must be SafeHire certified in order to be considered for inclusion on preferred supplier lists.
