Well, what a busy week it has been….with the MOBO Awards on Wednesday evening and the Showman’s Show in Newbury from Tuesday through to Thursday.
The Showman’s Show set up day on Tuesday was interesting, with the winds from the tail end of Hurricane Gonzalo blowing across the south of the country putting all the marquees on the showground to the test! Fortunately, Wednesday morning brought calmer winds and crystal blue skies although there was a chill in the air. Visitors to the Ev-ent Hire marquee, however, were treated to some warmth as well as cups of Lee’s freshly brewed coffee. It was great to see so many of our clients at the show and catch up with everyone as well as some new faces who took some time to have a chat to see how Event Hire can help them this coming year.
Popular items this year on the stand were the Starlight LED bar (of course!), the black leather sofas and the beautifully presented round table, showing off our full range of glassware for hire, cutlery for hire, linen and china for hire. Visitors were really happy with both the range and quality of products they can hire from Ev-ent Hire, and long may it continue!
