We are happy to consider collaboration requests from venue stylists, wedding planners and event planners on photoshoots and open days during the year. Depending on availability, time of year and available resource at the time, we may be able to provide a limited amount of stock at no charge for your photoshoot. Please note that styled shoot collaborations are approved on a case-by-case basis and are by no means guaranteed. Below are the terms and conditions for such collaborations which you would need to adhere to in order to submit your request. By submitting your request, you are agreeing to the conditions outlined below.
To participate in this collaboration, you agree to the following:
Transportation Costs:
Pay any associated transport charges or arrange for self-collection and return at your nearest hub.
Refundable Deposit:
Pay a refundable deposit for the stock provided. This deposit will be returned once all items are returned in the same condition and quantity as received.
Media Access:
Provide us with access to digital photos and/or videos from the photoshoot. You also grant us permission to use this media for our marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and other communication channels.
Social Media Mentions:
Tag or mention EventHireUK in any social media posts generated from the photoshoot.
In return, we will:
Free Stock Provision:
Provide the stock at no cost (transport fees and refundable deposits still apply).
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all stock is in excellent condition, delivered in the correct quantities, and ready at the agreed time and place.
Social Media Support:
Share your social media posts on our platforms and tag/mention your business in any posts where we use the photos.
