We want you to have a great experience with us.  Following these pointers will ensure you enjoy a seamless service.

Green Tick Our normal hours of transport are Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1700 hours.  Timed delivery and collected slots will incur an additional charge and are priced on application.

Green Tick Goods will be delivered to a single ground floor access point.  You need to advise us if you need anything different, and this may incur an additional charge.

Green Tick A signature must be obtained on delivery and collection.  Failed delivery and collection attempts will be charged at current rates.

Green Tick Please ensure there is adequate, legal parking for your delivery and collection slots.

Green Tick Let us know, in advance, if you need to use our set-up service.  This is likely to incur an additional charge/fee.

Green Tick In the unlikely event of your order arriving with missing or damaged items, please inform us immediately.

Green Tick Please wear the correct safety equipment when handling goods.  Be considerate when lifting heavy items.

Green Tick Make sure your items are properly stacked and accessible to our team at the same single access point where delivery took place.
