Transport Information

We want you to have a great experience with us.  Following these pointers will ensure you enjoy a seamless service.

 Our normal hours of transport are Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1700 hours.  Timed delivery and collected slots will incur an additional charge and are priced on application.

 Goods will be delivered to a single ground floor access point.  You need to advise us if you need anything different, and this may incur an additional charge.

 A signature must be obtained on delivery and collection.  Failed delivery and collection attempts will be charged at current rates.

 Please ensure there is adequate, legal parking for your delivery and collection slots.

 Let us know, in advance, if you need to use our set-up service.  This is likely to incur an additional charge/fee.

 In the unlikely event of your order arriving with missing or damaged items, please inform us immediately.

 Please wear the correct safety equipment when handling goods.  Be considerate when lifting heavy items.

 Make sure your items are properly stacked and accessible to our team at the same single access point where delivery took place.
