Originally opened in 1991, the Barclaycard Arena (or the NIA as it was originally known) was the largest indoor arena in the UK.  It is a major indoor sporting and entertainment venue, having played host to many major artists over the years including Kylie Minogue, Queen, Miley Cyrus and Michael Buble. amongst others.  It has also hosted over 30 different sports events over the past decade.
