Wembley Stadium London

Wembley Stadium in north London is one of the UK's most iconic sporting venues.  The new Wembley was constructed in 2007, replacing the old stadium that was demolished in 2003, which had seen some amazing, historic events take place including the football 1966 World Cup Final where England won the Wrold Cup for the first - and only - time in their history.

With 90,000 seats, Wembley Stadium is the 2nd largest stadium in Europe and the biggest in the UK.  It is owned by the Football Association and the current home of the England international football team.

The stadium has a retractable roof, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor events.  Obviously designed predominantly with sports in mind, Wembley hosts the FA Cup final each year, England football internationals and has also hosted UEFA Champions League finals in recent years.  It also host concerts, with some famous acts to have performed here including Madonna, Take That, Coldplay, Oasis, The Killers and Green Day amongst others.

Offering such a wonderful arena for indoor and outdoor events, Wembley Stadium is a stunning major venue.
