Ordering

It is important to place your order for whatever event equipment you need as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.  Once you have done this, we are flexible enough to work with you should there be any alterations or last minute minor changes to your order. Additions are welcomed based on availability.  Small deletions prior to delivery can be accommodated.

Demand is high throughout the year, but even more so during the summer months and in the lead up to Christmas, so please ensure you book early.

We reserve the right to charge a premium for orders received less than 7 days prior to an event.

Simply browse our collections online and make your selection.  Put your selected items into your basket, and you can then make secure payment online using your credit or debit card.  Note that your order is not confirmed - and no payment is charged to your card - until a member of our sales team either confirms or declines your order.  This normally takes place the same working day that we receive your order. Or, you can call a member of our expert sales team who will process your order over the phone.

If you decide to come into one of Event Hire UK's sales and distribution centres to collect your items, please call ahead to make your payment over the phone to avoid any potential delays upon arrival.
