It is important to place your order for whatever event equipment you need as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.  Once you have done this, we are flexible enough to work with you should there be any alterations or last minute minor changes to your order. Additions are welcomed based on availability.  Small deletions prior to delivery can be accommodated (except for tents).

Ordering Event Equipment Hire Products from Event Hire UK

Demand is high throughout the year but even more so during the summer months and in the lead up to Christmas, so please ensure you book early.

We reserve the right to charge a premium for orders received less than 7 days prior to an event.

Simply browse our collections online or download our e-brochure and make your selection based on product codes.  If you do this online, put your selected items into your basket and once you have selected all the products you need (along with generating an approximate price for delivery and collection if you need this), press SUBMIT FOR QUOTE. 

We will receive your email enquiry and come back to you as soon as possible - normally the same working day - to confirm your quotation which will include delivery and collection charges to and from your event.  Your quotation will also include information on the refundable deposit that you will also need to pay to cover any possible loss or damage.  Furthermore, your quotation will also include details on how to progress your order.

Payment can be made over the phone or alternatively by chip and pin or cash if you decide to come into one of Event Hire UK's sales and distribution centres to collect your items.
