When you decide to hire event equipment from us, you can choose one of the following options -

Collect in person
We are always happy to welcome clients - established and new - to our depots where we will gladly give you a helping hand to load your vehicle with the event equipment you have hired. Simply let us know in advance when you are planning to collect and we will ensure it is ready for you. Bear in mind, of course, that the size of the equipment you hire will determine what vehicle you will need to transport it. Should you decide to collect in person from one of our depots, then this is of course free of charge.

Event Hire UK deliver to your location
As a nationwide event hire company, we offer a very competitively priced delivery and collection service. This is carried out by our fleet of trucks and professional delivery team who will provide you with an accurate and reliable service.

Our standard delivery and collection hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you want to specify a particular delivery time slot, then there will be additional charge for this - contact us to discuss your requirements.

Rates for delivery and collection are quoted at the point of placing your order. Obviously, the closer your location to one of our depots, the cheaper your transport charge is likely to be, and vice versa.

A: Yes - the colour gold is synonymous with luxury and style, and so it will come as no surprise to learn that our gold mobile bars are popular throughout the year, for events such as weddings, corporate parties and other similar occasions.

Q: Can I create different configurations of gold mirrored bars?
A: Within reason, yes. Our gold fronted mirror bars are modular and come in both straight and curved sections, so you could have straight gold mobile bars, oval bars or circular bars, depending upon the available space at your venue and your anticipated number of guests.

Q: Can I attach beer pumps to the tops of the bars?
A: As long as they use G clamps, yes. Remember, any damage incurred to the bar during the hire is your responsibility, so look after it!
