Wedding Event Hire

Weddings are most popular in the warm, summer months of June, July and August, predominantly because brides and grooms want warm, sunny weather as the backdrop for their special day….and their photographs of course!

As a result, event equipment hire for weddings is most in demand, naturally, in the summer as wedding planners and individual couples plan for their special day. Marquee weddings are incredibly popular, demanding both indoor wedding furniture hire as well as outdoor wedding furniture hire, so this is always worth consideration.

Christmas weddings are also popular, and this is growing popularity for weddings in September and October, as couples take advantage of the beautiful colours that nature offers around this time of year.

Whatever time of year you choose for your wedding, and wherever it is, Event Hire UK is able to help – from wedding chairs to hire, banqueting tables for weddings to hire through to wedding catering equipment hire, cutlery, glassware and high quality crockery to hire for weddings, we offer a one-stop-shop, so please do take a moment to browse our wonderful collections – you won’t be disappointed!

Wedding Chair Hire

One of the most important considerations for a wedding is what type of wedding furniture hire you need and so it is essential that you order this as far in advance as possible of your event to avoid disappointment.   Napoleon wedding chairs are always incredibly popular and these are hired in their hundreds at peak times.  Their popularity will come as no surprise when you learn that Napoleon chairs for wedding hire are available in a variety of colours and the seat pads (which are also available in different colours) are interchangeable.  As a result, brides and grooms are able to mix and match the colour of their hire chairs and seat pads to match perfectly and complement their existing colour scheme which, after all, will have been given a great deal of thought by the couple in question!   Chiavari wedding chairs for hire are also extremely popular, again available in different colours with optional colours of seat pads.  If you want to go down the modern and contemporary wedding chair hire route, then you could consider our banquo chairs for hire which are transparent and provide a sleek look for wedding settings.  Despite their 'glass-like' appearance, these wedding chairs are actually relatively hard wearing and stackable.

Of course, it is important to choose not only the right design of wedding chairs hire but also make sure that they come to you in excellent condition.  The last thing you want when you take delivery of your hire wedding chairs at your marquee is for them to be battered, and for the paintwork to be crumbling off the chairs - let's face it, you don't need this hassle.  If you are looking for cheap wedding chair hire, remember this - wedding chairs are the same as anything else the world over in that 'you get what you pay for' and so if you hire cheap wedding chairs, the chances are that they won't look very good and could potentially be a major let-down on the most special day of your lives.   Event Hire UK ensures that our range of wedding chairs to hire are in fabulous condition, the extent to which we have our own in-house re-spray facility which enables us to regularly overhaul all our wedding chairs and furniture to ensure it is delivered to you in tip top condition, each and every time.

And finally, of course, don't forget your chair cover hire.  It's great to have stunning wedding chairs in your venue, although most couples will want to hire covers for chairs and possibly other accessories to tie the hire furniture in with the colour scheme.  You can, of course, hire wedding chair covers through Event Hire UK.

Hire Catering Equipment for Weddings

As a direct of the fact that most weddings, in the summer, are held in marquees in beautiful countryside locations, it stands to reason that wedding catering equipment hire is also a major factor to consider.

Most brides and grooms will have a clear idea about what wedding breakfast and evening buffet they would like to lay on for their guests - that is assuming they are following the traditional format of course.  The majority of wedding breakfasts consist of hot food, served by waiting staff, although many couples now also consider hot buffet style occasions which are growing in popularity.  This not only reduces the expense slightly but also enables guests to enjoy a wider variety of choice rather than a single choice menu offering.

The preparation of hot food in a mobile location brings its own challenges.  Firstly, power.  Hopefully your wedding marquee will have a reliable electricity supply to it, enabling you to run the multitude of event hire equipment for your wedding.  If not, then you may need to consider LPG gas appliances, which are equally as effective and also readily available from industry-leading Event Hire UK.  When it comes to wedding catering equipment hire , therefore, this is wholly dependent upon the location of the event and the style of catering you want to achieve.  You'll probably need to hire ovens, hot cupboards and hot table top serveries, for example to ensure that your food is efficiently prepared and also kept warm, ready for your guests.

For the evening buffet, you might want to use some stainless steel serveries for the cold buffet, though this is less important generally speaking, as the guests will at this point be letting down their hair and more concerned about getting on the dance floor!  On this point, it is true to say that award winning Event Hire UK provides a truly one-stop-shop for all your wedding event hire requirement, so much so that we also offer temporary  wedding dance floor hire to really cap off a truly memorable event.

Hire Wedding Glassware

Picture the scene.  After a fantastic wedding breakfast, a nervous best-man takes to his feet and toasts the happy couple with champagne.  The guests all have a champage glass filled.  However, the quality of the champagne flutes is poor, because the happy couple didn't really take much notice of the quality of the glassware when it arrived from the event hire company.  What a shame to let things down like this.  This is why wedding glassware hire from Event Hire UK is always checked and thoroughly cleaned prior to each and every job to ensure that our brides and grooms have just one less thing to worry about on their special day.  And this isn't simply true of our hire champagne flutes for weddings, this goes for all our wedding glassware hire including wine glass hire for weddings, glass tumbler hire, shot glass hire, water glasses hire and so on, right through to the glass plates that buffet is served on to the glass water jugs that are on the tables in your marquee.

It is this attention to detail that makes Event Hire UK stand out from the crowd.  Don't settle for second best, especially when it comes to something as important as glasses to hire for weddings - it's not worth the risk.  you know you are taking a risk when you hire cheap wedding glasses, so why do it?  Ensure that you receive high quality wedding glassware by working with Event Hire UK - after all, our reputation is paramount, and one of which we are justifiably proud.
